Cosmetic Dentistry
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
We offer the following Cosmetic Dental Services:
Metal-free Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry
We use the finest, most natural-looking composite materials for improved health and appearance. These lab-tested " bonded restorations" are stronger than metal amalgam fillings , which have been known to cause cracks in teeth and can lead to root canals and crowns . Our composite (tooth-colored) fillings are actually bonded to your teeth to fortify them. Studies have shown that mercury vapor from metal fillings can lead to serious health problems.
Neuromuscular Dentistry
A comprehensive assessment of neuromuscular disharmony, signs of which include vertigo (dizziness), headaches or migraines, sinus pressure, pain in and around the jaw joint (TMJ-temporomandibular joint), and stiffness or soreness in the neck, shoulders and back. We can treat the muscles and get them in a "relaxed state" in order to resolve the majority of these symptoms.
Cosmetic Smile Imaging
This advanced technology gives you a glimpse into the future. It allows you to see for yourself how you would look after cosmetic treatment.
Digital Radiography
Much more reliable than the traditional x-ray systems, digital radiography allows us to detect decay, bone loss, and helps with root canals. This process is faster than a traditional x-ray system and can reduce radiation by up to 90%.
Air Abrasion
This procedure is virtually painless, which in most cases, eliminates the need for an anesthetic injection. The benefits are numerous: increased tooth preservation, little or no discomfort, no anesthetic numbness, and reduced treatment time.
Nitrous Oxide
For extra-sensitive guests, we offer "laughing gas" to ease treatment and provide for a more pleasant dental experience.
Laser
The precision of laser technology can reduce symptoms and healing times associated with traditional therapies. Currently, lasers are used for the removal of decay and ulcers and periodontal (gum) therapy.
Porcelain Veneers
If you have spaces between your teeth, chipped or worn teeth, crooked teeth, or teeth that are stained or discolored veneers may give you a more attractive smile.
